I read an awesome book about timing and pacing (aswell as many other aspects in animation)

It's a lot of "do-it-yourself", so it's a good book :)

I think it impressed a lot, since it's your first.
It looks a bit choppy at some points, but then again it is your first. I think the stuff you need to improve with, is stuff that improves with practice =)
Overall, fine animation.
Only problem is, it doesn't really keep one hanging in there, it's a bit long and boring if you get my point. I have the same problem in my animations.

As far as pacing goes I guess that's something I need to practice too. I'm a big fan of saying little but describing a lo. Brevity is the soul of wit and all that hehe but hopefully my next one will be a bit snappier
